Start your adventure with a convenient pick up service from your accommodation in the south of the island or choose to meet us directly at Playa de Amadores. Upon arrival, receive a detailed safety briefing from our experienced instructors, ensuring you feel confident and secure. Enter the crystal clear water from the beach and practise the breathing techniques at your own pace in a relaxed setting. Once you are feeling comfortable embark on a guided dive to explore the vibrant marine life Gran Canaria has to offer. Perfect for beginners, this unforgettable experience awaits you! Please note if you choose to meet us directly at Playa de Amadores the advertised time of 3 hours will be less as this time includes transfer times from hotels. - A medical questionnaire is required to be completed before commencing with the dive If you suffer from medical conditions such as asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, high blood pressure, sinusitis, heart disease or are taking certain prescription medications the activity provider will require permission from a doctor for you to dive (this can be arranged in Gran Canaria at least 24 hours before your dive experience) If you are not staying in a coastal town between Playa del Ingles and Mogan, pickup and drop-off will not be included You must wait 12 hours between diving and flying if you are doing a single dive You must wait 18 hours between diving and flying if you are doing multiple dives
